OUR PURPOSE:
BCLBA is a

businesses to run but volunteer their time and talents to the preservation of
these goals. Their selfless work and dedication benefits all licensees in
Baltimore County.
LEGISLATIVE:
Each year, while legislature is in session in Annapolis, we
actively review proposed legislation and represent our members at the local
level of government and on the MSLBA Legislative Committee, which meets weekly
during the session.
